NFL: Week 16 Betting Picks

Sunrise Sports Pick Record: 7-9

After a disappointing week, Sunrise Sports looks to bounce back for the final two weeks of the season.

Pick of the Week: Jacksonville Jaguars (-4) @ San Francisco 49ers

Garroppolo has played extremely well in his first few games, but he has not seen a defense like this one. The Jaguars are fighting for a first round bye and will be coming full speed against the 49ers. The Jaguars have significantly better talent all around the field and it will show in this one.

Cleveland Browns (+6 1/2) @ Chicago Bears

Both these teams have no playoff hopes. They also both have solid defenses and struggling rookie quarterbacks. The Browns will be able to limit the run well enough to force Trubisky to have to throw. This one will be a tight game, with a chance the Browns get their first win.

LA Rams (-6 1/2) @ Tennessee Titans

The Rams are clicking on all cylinders after a blowout win of their division rivals, the Seattle Seahawks. Now they play a Titans team that has a struggling quarterback in Marcus Mariota. With their high powered offense, the Rams will be able to put up the points to cover the spread.

Pittsburgh Steelers (-9) @ Houston Texans

The Steelers are going to be playing angry in this one after an unfortunate loss to the Patriots. The Texans also haven’t been great on defense and have T.J. Yates behind center this week. Even without Antonio Brown, the Steelers will come out ready to win.

Upset Pick: Seattle Seahawks (+5) @ Dallas Cowboys

The Seahawks are too good and too proud to not bounce back from their embarrassing loss to the Rams last week. With Russell Wilson under center they have the chance to win any game. The Cowboys also looked disappointing last week against the Raiders. The Seahawks will cover the spread and have a chance to win in Dallas.
